Isaac is an engineering scientist based out of San Diego, California. He completed his bachelors degree in materials science and engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in 2017. Subsequently, he completed his masters degree in mechanical engineering at the University of California San Diego (UCSD) in 2020. Isaac completed his PhD in mechanical engineering in 2022 with his dissertation titled "Innovating Technologies for Affordable and Accessible Prosthetic Healthcare". He currently is the lead engineer and project manager for Project Lim(b)itless, an initiative dedicated towards increasing access to affordable prosthetic limbs in developing nations. Isaac believes that bringing lab research into the field is essential to solve the world's biggest problems. He raised $33,000 to take his students on a research expedition to India so that they could see firsthand the impact of their prosthetic research. This research is sponsored by the UCSD Center for Human Frontiers and the Qualcomm Institute at UCSD.
